We have been tasked to find developers for a company who help clients’ maximise their customer experience through intelligent, integrated business solutions. This includes event management software that is sophisticated yet easy to use online event software suitable for all types of events and organisations to run one event per month, multiple events weekly, internal corporate meetings, incentives or annual conferences. Clients include: - government, local authorities, not for profit clients, NHS/Health and many retail and training companies.They are looking for several people at varying levels with experience in C#, ASP.NET 3.5, XML, Visual Studio 2008 or 2010, Visual Source Safe or TFS team foundation server, or sub version, Windows Platforms. Salary according to experience in the region of, for the right grad with a little exp c25k up to 35k for more experience

For the more advanced roles min 3 years exp... for grads 6 months +
IT Skills: Minimum of three years IT development experience. Must demonstrate progression made of experience in the full product development life cycle, including, requirement gathering, design, development, testing, configuration management, handover and documentation.

High level and detailed knowledge of SQL and .NET essential and able to demonstrate translating into robust and scalable designs
Has been involved in working on leading edge projects from inception essential
Experience of mentoring others in an IT environment.
Contributed and formulated new ideas in connection with emerging and existing technologies and products which add value to the business.
Communication Skills: Communications to be clear, confident and succinct.  Tailors style and content to different situations and people both internally and externally.
