Qualifications and Skills needed by applicants
Need good understanding of RF tests systems
An Engineering Graduate, HNC / HND or similar with demonstrable proven industry background.
Aerospace, Electrical manufacture and design or Ground Station operations or equivalent
RF communication engineering and measurement techniques.
Capable of analysing requirements and realising cost efficient solutions.
Teamwork and leadership attributes.  
Schedule control and planning.
Knowledge of current software applied to measurement systems is desirable.
Knowledge of automatic test systems and result processing.
Experience in a lead engineer role in a similar environment would be very nice.
Outline Job Profile
Assembly Integration and Test (AIT) RF Lead Electrical Engineer for Telecom payload projects.
Preparation, planning and execution of Electrical Integration and RF measurement activities required during the whole lifecycle of the AIT phase for telecom satellites.
Lead engineer during payload AIT preparation, electrical integration, alignment, baseline test and EMC. Monitor and report progress.
Liaison with customers both internal and external.
